About Tomio Seike
Tomio Seike (b. 1943) is a Japanese photographer with works held in collections all over the world, including the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, TX and the Bibliotheque National in Paris. He is a contemporary artist working in a classical style, seamlessly melding the abstract and figurative form.
Seike's nudes are exquisitely rendered, using natural light to expose very intimate, beautiful moments. The work was custom framed using pure Indian sari silk and hand applied gold leaf to enhance the femininity and artistry of the photograph.
