Servicing Palm Beach County, McCulloch Art’s Owner’s Representative arm of the business specializes in overseeing residential renovations and new builds on behalf of the property owner. Acting as a liaison between the vendors and property owner, Catherine routinely meets with the project’s contractors, sub-contractors, interior designers, landscapers and other construction professionals to ensure that the project is completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
Residential Property Owner’s Representative Services:
Identifying and Assembling a Team: Assist in selecting a General Contractor, Architect, Building Vendors, Landscape Architect, Interior Designers, Engineers
On-site Oversight & Daily Construction Monitoring: Maintain a physical presence on-site to effectively to ensure our client’s interests are always represented
Timeline Management: Closely monitor schedule to facilitate project delivery being correct and on time
Progress Reports: Providing the owner with detailed reports as to the progress, problems and recommended solutions
Move-In Services: Manage the delivery, acceptance and install of owner’s personal property including furniture and art.
